The Present Predicament of Edna Runnacleave

Connie Prosser Productions presents JAMES PELLOW in a brand new play

Desmond is back in the family home, the home he once shared with his late Auntie Edna, who was more like an older sister. Back then, they laughed & played together, making up fanciful stories, to the bewilderment of his unimaginative mother. Like Auntie Edna, Desmond longs for colour and adventure. Perhaps all he needs is a little encouragement to make a modest start. That’s where Auntie Edna steps in. A timely word here & there, delivered from the confines of a dusty sewing cupboard. Desmond is unaware of her small, ghostly presence, but ….. was that a sneeze he heard? Surely not?
