Sponsor a Seat

Naming a seat is a unique and meaningful way to celebrate your passion for theatre, give a gift to a special person or remember a loved one.

Each seat is £250 for an individual or a £350 for a business

The name or dedication will be engraved on a tasteful plaque

You can personalise your plaque with an inscription of up to 50 characters including spaces.

You will receive a special thank you letter from the Manor Pavilion Theatre

The name will be in place for 5 years, at which point we will ask you if you want to renew

Simply select your preferred seat on the seating plan and type your name or dedication when prompted

Naming a seat does not guarantee booking rights to a specific seat

You will be contacted when your plaque is ready

Terms and Conditions

1. Naming a seat lasts for 5 years. The plaques will be in place for 5 years from the date the plaque is unveiled, after which time we will make contact to ask if supporters would like to renew their support with a further donation.

2. Please note, it will be your responsibility to ensure we have the correct contact details for you, should you change address, email address or telephone number in the future.

3. The supporter named on the seat does not own the seat at any point. The seat and the plaque remain property of Manor Pavilion Theatre. 

4. Please note that seating plans are subject to change and named seats may be moved or removed for some shows, depending on seat configuration and the production’s staging.

5. Naming a seat does not include admission to individual performances or events or guarantee allocation of that seat for a particular performance. 

6. The donation made towards naming a seat is non-refundable. 

7. Your chosen seat cannot be changed after the plaque has been installed. The Manor Pavilion Theatre reserve the right to reject any inappropriate messages. You will have an opportunity to review the inscription and spelling before the plaque is installed.

8. You are welcome to sponsor as many seats as you wish.
